We have been harvesting at G&R farms since the first week of April. The Lord has blessed us with great weather, both cooler and dryer than normal. Our yields have been really good and the quality has been extremely good. Our goal is to focus on putting the best product that we can into storage for the summer months. Those decisions come easily as most fields are of high quality. We are expecting some rainfall this week, but it is forecasted to be followed by cooler weather which is another blessing for which are thankful.
Our size profile has been a high percentage of Jumbos throughout the season, and is finishing strong throughout our last fields we harvest. As we complete harvest we will keep fresh product on the store shelves for weeks to come.
