INGREDIENTS
- 1 G&R sweet onion grated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2-2 cups
DIRECTIONS
Using a small saucepan, mix sugar, salt, dry mustard and celery seed together. Next combine grated sweet onion, oil and vinegar. Heat on medium temperature until the sugar melts. Let cool and refrigerate.
