INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 2 each G&R Vidalia® onion, thinly sliced
- 1 each garlic, finely chopped
- 3 each corn, fresh — shucked and kernel removed
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serves 4
DIRECTIONS
Using a 2qt thick bottom sauce pan, over medium heat add olive oil, onion and garlic, toss as needed until onions are lightly golden.
Add corn to onions toss to combine
Add heavy cream bring to simmer and simmer slowly until cream has reduced by half
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
